This multi-million dollar/1,000-acre residential and resort master-planned community in south coastal Carlsbad consists of more than 2,000 luxury homes, a sports and health club, an elementary/middle school, community park, a Four Seasons Resort Hotel, and an 18-hole Arnold Palmer-designed championship Golf Course.

ADL provided various planning services for the master developer including site studies for residential villages, the golf facility, the hotel complex, the 25-acre community park, recreational vehicle storage as well as project circulation alternatives. ADL also prepared studies, exhibits and reports to gain Discretionary Approvals, Coastal Development Permits and a Winter Grading Program. In association with other team members, ADL prepared studies, exhibits and packaged a Builders Program document used by the developer to market various villages to potential merchant builders.
