ADL's primary responsibility was to serve as the project planner, coordinator and the local liaison for this large professional care facility, located in the Village Redevelopment District of Carlsbad, Specific assignments included project scheduling, coordination between "out-of-town" consultants and the City, assistance in conceptual design and to obtain the needed Redevelopment Permit, Conditional Use Permit and the Coastal Development Permit through the discretionary review and public hearing process.
