ADL provided various planning
services for the master developers, Hunt Properties
and Hillman Properties West. Services included site
studies for residential villages, the golf facility,
the hotel complex, the 25-acre community park, recreational
vehicle storage as well as project circulation alternatives.
ADL also prepared studies, exhibits and reports to
satisfy the project's Conditions of Approval, Coastal
Development Permits and a Winter Grading Program. In
association with other team members, ADL prepared studies,
exhibits and packaged a Builders Program document used
by the developer to market various villages to potential
merchant builders. |
