The Arroyo La Costa Master Plan is a 530-acre, 1075-lot
residential development including a community recreation
center, church site, schools and approximately 6.5 miles
of pedestrian trails. ADL's responsibility included the
land use and site specific planning, conceptual landscape
design and public presentation exhibits. In association
with other consultants, a Master Plan, Growth Management
Plan, Tentative Maps, Site Development Plans and Enviornmental
permits were completed and approved.
